I 17 years old. I do 300 push-ups and 200 sit-ups every afternoon. Made 100 dumbbells, and eating an egg is enough nutrition.

Nutrition is definitely not enough!

Your amount of exercise can basically be summed up as total aerobic exercise, which means that the intensity of exercise is small, the frequency of exercise is high and the interval is short. If it is to reduce fat, such exercise is almost impossible. If you gain muscle, then you exercise too much, which means you do too many push-ups and sit-ups, you lift too many dumbbells, and I don't know how many you lift. I'm afraid that if you keep practicing like this, you'll lose weight.

If you are thin and want to gain muscle, it is recommended that you exercise more and less. For example, an action is divided into three groups, and each group does 8 to 12 times. And it is not recommended that you do it every day, because muscles need a recovery process after being stimulated, which can not only solve fatigue, but also relax muscle fibers, so that blood can better provide nutrition for muscles. It is best to do exercise every other day.

Nutritionally, you need a lot of protein to gain muscle. Economically speaking, ordinary bodybuilders can supplement it by eating eggs instead of protein powder. However, we only eat egg whites, that is, protein who cooks eggs. Because of the fat content of egg yolk, egg yolk is discarded in most cases. Moreover, one is not enough, at least three, and if you can guarantee it, eat four. Eat four on sports days and two on non-sports days. Supplementing protein is a continuous activity, so don't eat it intermittently.

In addition, the main sources of protein are meat, eggs and milk. If possible, eat more lean meat (chicken breast, pig lean meat and fish are not good choices), eat more protein and drink more milk.

I hope I can help you:)
