Does drinking red bull before exercise help to improve sports performance?

Red bull's words are to improve muscle excitability, which is slightly better for explosive power and endurance ~ but it is not an exaggerated effect for not drinking.

It's like drinking coffee before working out.

And hormones. . . Hormones wouldn't be sold so cheaply. You can check the price of hormones. Even with hormones, it's useless. Hormones have a shelf life. Not everything has hormones ~ ~ Don't talk nonsense if you don't understand.

But it is unlikely to improve much.
