The second is to do parallel bars. You should be able to do it.
Then do more push-ups. I think you should exercise anytime and anywhere. Needless to say, going to the gym.
There are two postures for doing push-ups:
1) Hands are wider than shoulders, and exercise the lateral chest muscles.
2) Hands are narrower than shoulders and practice inside! Raising the mat can increase the difficulty!
