Tony said that two years after graduating from school and entering the workplace, because of busy work and frequent nightlife habits, the originally thin and flat figure began to become more and more bloated, and the mental and physical state became worse and worse. So, I began to have the idea of exercising.

However, at the beginning, there were not many concepts about exercise and training. Everyone thought that sweating could make the body move. So I began to use my spare time after work to run at home or do push-ups and sit-ups. It was not until a neighbor took me to visit the gym five years ago that I began to join the weightlifting training. However, at that time, I still followed others or online movies and picked up dumbbells to practice barbells. But the training process of going to the gym every day made me temporarily put down the pressure of work and gradually fell in love with retraining.

I thought exercise was just sweating, and I didn't really devote myself to training until I joined the ranks of retraining. Only by persisting can we break through the bottleneck and predicament. However, Tony, who started to retrain five years ago, told us that in fact, he was in a state of super-disorder training in the first two years, such as going to the gym to practice chest muscles or triceps every day. And there is no systematic training concept and timetable at all. Because of this, he began to look for some fitness methods online to make his training more perfect. However, we bodybuilders often give up on ourselves for 2-3 years, and he admits that he has never thought about it so far.

In this regard, Tony said, in fact, I know that many people will give up retraining because of slow muscle growth or long-term stagnation in the process of fitness, but when I encounter these problems, I will say to myself: "Hold on for a while, you will definitely break through." Fitness people often have the idea of giving up during the 2-3 years of training. Tony suggests that you must find a way to tell yourself to stick to it! He often watches colleagues or friends lose weight in some extreme ways, such as not daring to eat carbohydrates or paying a lot of money to see Chinese medicine needles, but unwilling to exercise regularly and eat normally, resulting in muscle imbalance, backache and backache. When you want to tell them the correct concept of exercise and diet, the usual reaction is nothing more than "you are young, so you don't understand the dilemma of losing weight when you are old" or "how can you have time to exercise when you are so tired at work", so I want everyone to know that you can exercise well even if you are busy, so I began to look for ways to compete.

Tony recalled that after he and coach Zach put forward the goal, coach Zach began to guide me in a more systematic way, so that the muscle growth in the past six months exceeded that in the years of blind training. Tony said that many people hold the idea that they can practice by themselves, but professional and systematic training can make muscle growth more efficient. The preparation period is also a test level of psychological stress. Coupled with the training requirements of the coach, there is not even a chance to cheat in the preparation period. When he visited Tony, he also admitted that "food management" was the most difficult stage in the six-month preparation period, especially during the Lunar New Year. Facing the temptation of all kinds of big fish, big meat and sweets on the table, he insisted that "even if you lose the game, you can't lose." In this regard, Tony also gave such advice. If you really can't stand it during the preparation period, you can take advantage of the high-carbon day to eat something that you want to eat for a long time to ease your mood a little. Because of this, I was under great pressure in the past six months. No one can understand your pain, but these processes can only be maintained by my own willpower.

During the six-month preparation period, Tony thought that "diet management" was the most difficult level, especially the dishes had not changed much. It is usually difficult for office workers to allocate time for sports training, but it is also a big problem in the preparation of daily diet. To this end, Tony also played the spirit of a technician and made a SOP form for all the meals, which won't waste any time. Regarding the skills of preparing meals, he said, because we are not coaches or full-time players in the general gym, we don't have much time to prepare meals except for work and training. So the way I cook is to cook 28 meals a week (four meals a day) and put them in the refrigerator, such as how many sweet potatoes I prepare at a time, how much water I add and how long I steam them. Therefore, the preparation of chicken breast and vegetables is the same. Record these data and make a table, which will save a lot of time in each preparation process. The advantage of this is that if you don't have time to cook. So, basically, my food preparation is monotonous, that is, sweet potato or chicken breast rice and a vegetable. In addition, the coach gave me the total calorie intake for a day, so I directly divided it into four parts and distributed it evenly in the calorie intake of each meal, avoiding the problem of having to remember how many calories this meal needs to eat.

The most difficult thing for office workers is to find time for training and rest, so a completely standardized diet is a key to saving time. In addition, Tony also gave such advice on the choice of ingredients. Generally speaking, everyone's choice is different. This is because everyone's body reacts differently to food. For example, I tried nuts and avocados as nutrients. Later, it was found that nuts didn't react well to the body, but avocados were better, so it was necessary to decide what food to eat by constantly trying and feeling the daily and training state of the body.
