Which is better, reducing fat, climbing, walking or running?

Any sport will do. The key is to adjust the diet to ensure that consumption is greater than intake.

Change eating habits, less oil, less salt, less rice, less refined noodles, less fruits (fruits with high sugar and avocados as appropriate supplements), less pork, less animal offal, more vegetables, more beef, fish, shrimp and chicken (don't eat chicken skin! ) and other high-fat meat in protein, to eat crude fiber (sweet potato, purple potato, brown rice, potatoes, corn, steamed corn) as the staple food, eat an egg every day. Don't fry those that can be cooked, steamed and roasted (roast without oil), and put less oil if you can. Eat six days a week, and find a place to help yourself on the seventh day. Finally, don't eat snacks, don't drink soda with all kinds of drinks, and don't drink.
