Fitness rest day

For those who want to gain muscle in fitness, even a muscular man who has been exercising for many years will arrange a rest day for himself. Many people think that the rest day is actually unnecessary, because many fitness experts practice seven times a week, but it is still ok. In fact, it is their own business to practice more times during fitness and muscle building. Even if you don't arrange a rest day for yourself, it doesn't matter if you master the training intensity. After all, the fitness muscle groups should be rotated. As long as your fitness plan is detailed enough, you can practice as many times as you want, but Mr. Wang still thinks that after fitness, you should give yourself a day off every week for three reasons:

First, fitness is not the only thing.

No matter how much you love fitness, always remember that fitness is not the only thing in life, especially for some single young people. Don't forget the purpose of your original fitness. How can you find a girlfriend without a rest day and accompany your girlfriend without a rest day? Fitness is not the only thing. As long as you haven't practiced making money in the fitness industry, you can just regard fitness as a hobby, so rest days are necessary. Spend time with your family, friends and partners. If not, let yourself have a rest and relax.

Second, look at the fitness intensity.

You know, the process of gaining muscle is not when you train in the gym, but when you rest and sleep after training. If your training intensity is relatively low, you can actually practice every day and continue to output, so that the growth of your body muscles can keep up. However, if your own training intensity is relatively high, if you still practice every day, not to mention the muscle building efficiency, you can definitely practice waste.

Third, the body can't hold on.

In fact, this last one is similar to the second one, except that the second one is for good muscle building effect, and this one is for your own health. For example, a "gentleman" practiced a squat today, and I want to rest the next day. There is no other reason, because it may be difficult for me to practice walking the next day, let alone training. It is understandable to want a better fitness effect, but I must pay attention to my health. After all, good health is the essence of fitness, and muscles are only accessories.

In fact, after you really participate in fitness training, you don't need others to say that you will arrange a rest day for yourself. After all, no one wants to rest.

How many rest days do you think you will arrange for yourself one week after exercise?
