There is also an Austrian fitness center in Xintian Community of Vientiane, Chang Ying, where you can swim. You can only swim with a membership card, and the membership card is unlimited for two or three thousand times a year. There is also a frequency card, up to three times a week, 1500 or so. The price can be discussed with the member consultant.
