It's late to exercise in senior one, okay?

I am also a senior one student. I started practicing in the third grade. Now my muscles are obvious and my body is healthy! I told you how I practice now! Every night, there are 3 groups of push-ups (Brachial II, Brachial III and Chest Muscle), and each group has 40 +5 fist lying supports (forearm); 3 groups of dumbbells (no, you'd better buy a pair, which is cheap and effective), with 50 dumbbells in each group (forearm, arm and chest muscle); Three groups of sit-ups, 50 in each group (abdominal muscles); Three groups of squats, 30 in each group (thighs, calves)! The whole time is about thirty minutes!

If you feel too much, you can reduce it appropriately, but if you feel tired, the last group should stop until you can't do any of them (this will increase), and increase the amount every once in a while. At least five to six days a week (preferably every day), you will obviously feel the increased muscles in about two months.

After all, I am only a freshman and young. There is no need to do what online professionals say. Those are more suitable for adults than for us. As long as I insist, it will have an effect. My big arms are obviously thicker than others.

I believe you will also become a muscular man! This is my own practical experience, and we are about the same age. If you don't understand, you can ask!
