How much water should bodybuilders drink every day?

Most people think that drinking 8 glasses of water a day (2000 ml is good for health).

In fact, there is no correct answer to how much water people should drink a day. It depends on the activities in your daily life, such as your lifestyle, health status, pregnancy, breastfeeding interval, etc.

Your body may need more or less than 2000 ml. If you exercise, you may need more water. And if you eat fruits and vegetables rich in water or even drinks and juices, you may not need to drink so much water.

It can be calculated according to your weight. Generally 40 ml/kg. For example, if you weigh 50 kilograms, you need 2000 milliliters of water a day. If you weigh 70 kilograms, you need 2800 milliliters of water. Babies need more water. Sweating in hot weather should be appropriately increased by about 500.
