How to exercise chest muscles without equipment

Do push-ups honestly, with a large distance between your hands. You can practice on the flat ground first, without raising your head or lowering your head. It's useless to be slow and explosive, and you can't grow muscles, but the slower you are, the more you can stimulate muscles. Make sure not to exceed 12 as much as possible. If you can do it above 12, then add more weight. Take a break for 2 minutes after finishing one group, and then do it, about 4-5 groups at a time. Practice every 2-3 days. Eat some eggs and milk to supplement protein after practice.
