Why do you have to eat after running and fitness?

I am a runner myself and used to go to the gym to exercise. Although I can't keep my fitness habit because I moved recently, there is no gym around me, but my running habit continues to be maintained. According to my personal experience, I eat a little after every fitness and running. Personally, I think there are two main reasons:

First, replenish the lost water and energy in time.

Whether running or fitness, we should replenish water in time in the middle and after the end, because the purpose of our fitness is not to lose water, but to lose fat, so don't care about this weight, but to replenish water in time.

At the same time, after exercise, the whole body is in a state of consumption, but you should know that fat consumption also requires energy, so eating a little food with low fat, sugar and carbohydrate can not only make you feel tired, but also accelerate your metabolism, killing two birds with one stone.

Second, things to pay attention to when eating.

I have a friend who goes to a roadside restaurant to eat and drink every time after fitness. I used to eat and drink with him, and my fitness effect was very poor. Although we advocate replenishing energy after exercise, don't eat and drink, but have a certain degree. We should control things that are high in fat, oil and sugar, or we will sweat in vain if we try to exceed 1 hour.

The so-called shut up, control your legs, and shut up is the first step. It is the most appropriate state to let yourself be full, not hungry and not hugging.
