Aerobic increases vital capacity and overall physical fitness, which is indeed more beneficial to the body than anaerobic, but you can't see anything from the outside. The pursuit of health can choose aerobic. Then people's state is different every day. There are good times and bad times. Frequent fatigue may be due to excessive exercise or physical reasons. You don't know that it's been two years, and it may take several months to see a little change in your body in the later period. If you are tired, have a rest. A day or two won't let you give up all your efforts. It's better to exercise.
