What basic movements can effectively exercise shoulders and back?

Today, we want to recommend four training moves to you. These four exercises can help us to exercise our shoulders and back. We will introduce two exercises for shoulder and two exercises for back. These are basic training movements. If you have a favorite sport, add it to your fitness plan and strengthen your practice. If you want to make your muscle training better, then I suggest you do some special training for a certain part and strengthen the practice for this part.

Before you do special training, you can do some proper warm-up exercises, which will make our bodies better engaged in training and be beneficial to our fitness training. 1, dumbbell front flat lift

First of all, I recommend shoulder training movements for everyone. The first action, we will share with you the dumbbell forward lift, which is a training action completed by dumbbells. Before doing this action, we first need to find a pair of dumbbells with the right weight and hold them with our hands. Then keep your back straight and stand with your legs shoulder width apart. After you finish these actions, do this dumbbell front-leveling action again.

This movement is a common movement when we do shoulder training. We can also practice as a warm-up group before special training, but we need to control our training time and training weight. In the later training, you can also slowly increase the training weight and stimulate the muscles circularly.

2, dumbbell side lift

Now that we talk about the dumbbell forward lift, we have to mention our dumbbell side lift, which is also a training action that can help us effectively exercise shoulder muscles. When we do this action, we should also control our moving speed and training weight. If you want to warm up, then reduce the training weight, reduce the training times, and don't be exhausted.

3.dumbbell bird

Two shoulder exercises have been introduced above, and then two back exercises are recommended. Dumbbell flying bird is also a training action that we often use when doing back training. You can also practice this action as a warm-up group. When we do this action, we must keep our back straight, so that our back muscles can better participate in the exertion, and at the same time reduce the strength participation of our arms, which is beneficial to our training effect.

4. Dumbbell rowing

The last movement, we will share with you a back training movement, which is the dumbbell rowing movement. When we do dumbbell rowing, we must pay attention to our standing posture. At the same time, we must keep our backs straight and not bend. When we row a boat, we must feel the strength of our back muscles.
