What fitness steps do you recommend when you go to the gym for the first time?

Step 1: Warm up. Beginners in the gym may ignore warm-up activities. But no matter what kind of exercise we want to start, warm-up is essential. One is to stretch muscles and exercise bones and muscles, and the other is to get our bodies into motion.

If we don't prepare well for warm-up, it will not be conducive to our weight loss and delay the time of burning fat. Simple warm-up activities include moving joints, walking and jumping.
