What is the core of fitness?

The core is "the most important thing for you"

There are countless online fitness tutorials, and there are coaches in the gym who keep following you. No matter what the outside world asks you to do, you'd better screen out what suits you.

I have also blindly pursued strength and dimension, but found that it does not match what I want.

At first, I wanted to keep a slim figure and shape a tight figure, but later I became more and more extreme and my body was excessively worn.

It wasn't until I pulled my ligament, got water in my knee and stopped training every day that I thought of what was right for me.

What I want is a tight and symmetrical figure and just the right bulge.

This is for me to stay healthy.

First, fitness is a hobby, not a job. I'm not asking myself to play games. I may prefer carving small muscles to building super-large ones.

Secondly, fitness is an exit for me now. Now that I'm working, everyone will have a lot of pressure, so I always have to find a way to vent. Fitness is a way for me to relieve stress.

Third, it is direct investment in oneself. Body and soul are always on the road, and fitness is the simplest way to keep fit. In fact, many things are our efforts, and there may not be results, but fitness is different. As long as you work hard and persist, you can see the effect.
