Regulations of Beijing Municipality on the Administration of Dog Breeding

Article 12 Before raising a dog, an individual shall obtain the consent of the residents' committee and the villagers' committee, and sign a dog-raising obligation with them.

Dog owners shall, within 30 days from the date of obtaining the certificate issued by the residents' committee or villagers' committee that meets the requirements for raising dogs, go to the district or county public security organ where they live to register dogs and obtain a dog registration certificate.

Dog owners will obtain the animal health immunization certificate issued by the supervising agency for animal epidemic prevention after obtaining the dog registration certificate.

The time, place and requirements for the annual inspection of the dog registration certificate shall be announced by the public security organ. Seventeenth dog owners shall abide by the following provisions:

(a) dogs are not allowed to enter the market, shops, commercial blocks, restaurants, parks, public green spaces, schools, hospitals, exhibition halls, theaters, sports venues, community public fitness places, playgrounds, waiting rooms and other public places;

(two) except for small taxis, dogs are not allowed to take public transport; When taking a small taxi with a dog, the driver's consent shall be obtained, and a muzzle shall be put on the dog, or the dog shall be put into a dog bag, a dog cage or a hug;

(3) If you take the elevator with your dog, you should avoid the rush hour when taking the elevator, and put a muzzle on the dog, or put the dog in a dog bag or cage; Residents' committees, villagers' committees and owners' committees shall determine the specific time when dogs are prohibited from taking the elevator according to the actual situation;

(four) when taking the dog out of the house, the dog should be led by an adult;

(five) the implementation of strong dogs, large dogs tied or captive, not to lead the dog out of the house;

(six) when taking the dog out of the house, it should immediately remove the feces excreted by the dog outdoors;

(seven) raising a dog shall not interfere with the normal life of others; Dog owners should take effective measures to stop barking from affecting others' rest;

(eight) regularly inject rabies vaccine for dogs;

(nine) shall not abuse or abandon dogs;

(ten) strictly fulfill other obligations stipulated in the dog-raising obligation guarantee.
