2. Closed and semi-closed places such as entertainment places, cinemas, theaters, indoor swimming pools, gyms, Internet cafes, billiards halls, chess and cards rooms, mahjong halls, escape rooms, script killers, foot bath shops, beauty massage parlors, hair salons, bath centers, indoor attractions, libraries and museums are closed.

3. Primary and secondary schools, kindergartens and off-campus training institutions all suspend offline teaching, and child care institutions suspend services.

4. Strengthen the management of various freight stations, factories and enterprises, medical institutions, nursing homes, welfare homes, supermarkets, farmers' markets, businesses and other places, and strictly implement epidemic prevention measures such as code scanning, temperature measurement and wearing masks.

5. Suspend all kinds of meetings, trainings, performances, competitions, exhibitions and other assembly activities, and suspend all kinds of folk activities. All "red events" are closed, and "white events" are simple and no banquets are held.

6. All kinds of medical institutions strictly implement the responsibility system of pre-examination, triage and first consultation, and private clinics are closed. Retail pharmacies strictly implement the real-name registration and reporting system for people who buy medicines such as fever and cough.
