Can I practice yoga and aerobics at the same time?

There's nothing wrong with it. That's what I do. Every day from 3 pm to 5 pm, I do aerobic exercise for an hour, and then do yoga for an hour, if time permits. I persisted for a long time. Body-shaping yoga is effective, but you should stick to it for at least one month. If you can keep aerobic for more than 50 minutes at a time, you will see the effect after a week.
