In 2002, double skipping was included in the Third National Games of Shaanxi Province.

Content skipped by mode

Counting and pattern are two major contents of pattern jumping. The action structure of counting skipping rope is relatively simple, with speed, strength and endurance as the main characteristics and physical fitness as the leading factor. 30s single shake jump, 30s double shake jump, 3min single shake jump, continuous triple shake jump and 45s interactive rope single shake jump all belong to the counting category. The action structure of pattern events is diversified, showing the characteristics of difficulty and beauty, and is dominated by skills.

In addition, personal mode, synchronous mode, wheel jump mode, interactive rope mode and rope net rope array mode are all the contents of this project. Due to the rich content of synchronous skipping, its classification method is not inherent, but is classified according to different standards.
