Who knows what calories are?

Calories are units of calculation of calories. 1 calorie is the heat required to raise the temperature of 1 gram of water 1 degree Celsius after the food we eat is burned. One kilocalorie is the heat required to raise the temperature of 1 liter of water 1 degree Celsius, also called kilocalorie.

The calorie per gram of sugar is 4. 1 calorie, protein is 5.65 calories, and fat is 9.45 calories. But because food is not 100% used when it enters the body, the heat it generates is:

Sugar 4 kcal/g

Protein 4 kcal/g

Fat 9 kcal/g

Which is our common card number.

High-calorie food does not mean high nutrition. For example, we often say that chocolate is high in calories, which means that chocolate is high in calories, not that chocolate contains a lot of protein, vitamins and minerals. Don't be confused!

To lose weight, you need to know how to control calories and get a balanced pain.
