Fitness and military affairs

War begins with sacrifice. At the expense of life. Until one party can't hold on. Long-range maneuver in harsh environment is the most basic ability of the army. Do you know that?/You know what? Do you know that?/You know what? 5 kilometers is a short distance on the map.

It can't even reach a medium mortar. If you can't walk, you can only sacrifice if you make mistakes. In my opinion, it should be a modern war, with hot weapons as the mainstay and fewer cold weapons, so it doesn't need much strength. Relatively speaking, endurance training is more in line with the combat mode of hot weapons.

Muscle is the basis of endurance, and endurance actually refers to muscle endurance. As for long-term concentration, strength training is not as good as heart and lung in concentration. After all, if the iron is raised to a half, it will die if it is not concentrated. Don't expect any good physical performance. In addition, cardiopulmonary training has nothing to do with lifting iron, but mainly depends on the frequency and intensity of exercise. Under the conditions of modern war, it is meaningless to blindly pursue the single-person strength training of soldiers, and the endurance and the ability to skillfully operate technical equipment need to be continuously strengthened.

Don't dislike our thin soldiers. How many harsh and even extreme combat and physical training "hammers" come out (that is, after entering the military school for three months to strengthen physical fitness, you can lose weight again). Just pull one down from the border post and "practice" with the strong man in the gym with your hands (don't copy the guy, don't attack your eyes, go to the shade). Can you guess the result (does it affect the young man who kicked the third soldier in the border confrontation a few years ago? Look at that explosive power and agility).

It is difficult to find a strong man who has practiced fighting skills and has actual combat experience (mma that Zhang Weili participated in) around ordinary people. Therefore, the individual physical endurance of our soldiers and brothers can cope with large-scale mechanized warfare, and their combat skills are not inferior to those of enemy soldiers with the same weight and height. Just a few people can subdue the strong man in the west (both sides are unarmed or carrying cold weapons with them, and our sappers shovel is a big killer. )

Everyone in the fitness circle is a chicken thief, right Fitness? And then what? Fitness? Binding. In fact, fitness is a beauty contest, and practicality is not an end. Many bodybuilders have poor sports performance, many trigger points on their bodies and limited joint activities, so it is difficult to jump two meters on the ground. Although it is absolutely powerful, it is mainly used for arm wrestling/photographing/lifting. If the muscles are not as big as the extreme situations on the battlefield, it is actually useless. Few bodybuilders have died of cardiovascular diseases. And all confrontation needs endurance, whether it is ball games, boxing, mixed fighting, or dealing with the enemy for a long time on the battlefield.

I admit that individual's overall endurance is more important than strength in the army, but it doesn't mean that the continuous enhancement of individual strength is meaningless to help the task. On the contrary, strong muscles and strength can accomplish tasks better and faster. I believe that the soldiers in the army have not yet reached the perfect ratio of endurance, strength and weight. Personally, most of them are still thin, and ordinary people may think they are strong.

The endurance of foreign troops is mainly to practice long-distance weight-bearing marching, as well as long-distance running, but it doesn't take time. Our five kilometers is essentially a mixed exercise of anaerobic and aerobic. The American troops on the front line do have bulletproof vests, and the civilian personnel brought in by the base may also have them. Expired bullet-proof materials used in local training are also the main full-dress training. Foreigners may not run as fast as us, but they walk much faster than us. It's really that they don't pay attention to strength. The arm strength of rifle standing position can't be pulled out on the horizontal bar. I haven't seen anyone who can March long distances without pulling the horizontal bar. The body armor of field troops can only be said to be icing on the cake, not useless.

Generally, we only have horizontal bar and parallel bars in upper limb examination, and it is impossible to practice them well without a little effort. It's more important to shoot while standing. If you don't have enough strength to stand and shoot, I don't think you have the strength to clean the floor. Finally, we are not indifferent, but more focused.

For a field army, it is not necessary for everyone to become a special soldier. What is more important is to make everyone more diligent. This also shows that the emphasis of infantry is still on the traditional combat style, as well as the restrictions of logistics support and two-year compulsory military service system, which leads to the shortage of our army. It is really not a pot that can be trained, and it has a lot to do with national eating habits and military meals. The regular army of the Korean army is thin because of poor food, while the officers with good UDT food are all big shots. In actual combat, the big man's carrying ability is really beneficial. The lower the proportion of the same weight, the more obvious the advantage of the same relative physical fitness index. The upper limb strength required for shooting in a gun standing position can't be fully practiced, so now I increase my muscle strength and upper limb muscle groups while meeting the assessment standards.

The advantage of black Americans is not only the advantage of diet, but also the preference of black Americans during slavery. Slaves who can live to the United States on the slave ship are born stronger. In addition, slave owners will choose strong slaves to breed, and they will naturally have physical advantages from generation to generation.

China military meal is not bad, it tastes good, but many units are not balanced in nutrition, and they have just had enough. Protein's intake is far from meeting the requirements, and the training is unscientific. They attach great importance to endurance training. Some units even used five kilometers as a hard lever to veto other training subjects (before the implementation of the new syllabus), which also led to the fact that most of our officers and men were lean and had few strong muscles. When I was at school, I often heard a saying that fighting is to fight logistics, which makes sense. We still have a long way to go from full to good food.
