In professional training, there is an exercise method called super group, which keeps the number of times in the group increasing slightly and the weight decreasing.
Recently, 10* 10 is popular, that is, the weight of 15-20 pieces is constant, and each group makes ten pieces, with a break of no more than one minute, in pursuit of increasing the sense of pump and exhaustion.
None of this matters. The important thing is to try and experience for yourself. What suits you is good.
