What kind of experience is boxing class?

I have been practicing boxing in the boxing gym of former British world champion Michele Aboro since 2065438+February 2006, and I have been practicing boxing three or four times a week on average for more than a year. Boxing hall is a professional boxing hall. The coaches are all professional players, and there are internationally certified boxing coaching courses. Very professional. The use of sandbags in boxing teaching here is indeed a relatively low proportion. The process of a standard one-hour course is probably:

Stretch and warm up for ten minutes. The coach sometimes takes some routine actions and sometimes skips rope; After the warm-up activities, I will do some warm-up activities with my partner, such as touching each other's shoulders and stepping on their feet.

Forty minutes of basic boxing practice. This part is the main part of the course. Generally, we will start with a simple left and right straight fist, and gradually add some combined movements and movements to practice with our partners.

Ten minutes of physical training, high-intensity training similar to HIIT.

Stretching is over.

With more classes, I feel that sandbags are really not suitable for beginners. On the one hand, if your basic movements are not standard, punching sandbags will not help you improve. On the other hand, when you practice with your partner, you can also appreciate the correctness of your movements. In addition, only by practicing with your partner can you learn defense and footwork. On the contrary, sandbags are valuable only when you master the essentials of movements, which is convenient for you to practice your proficiency in movements and some physical training.

By the way, serious boxing training is actually quite boring, because it takes a lot of basic practice to make a correct punch and action. These exercises are just repeated exercises of one movement, plus necessary high-intensity physical training. Most people have tasted it in the last few classes and never see it again. It will be more interesting to go to a few months' actual combat class, but because there are many setbacks in actual combat (it is common to go to work with a bad face), the requirements for technology and physical fitness are very high, and fewer people can persist in practicing. Since I practiced boxing, most of my boxing friends are foreigners. In the meantime, I brought many domestic friends to experience, and no one can continue to practice.

However, if you have tasted the bitterness, you will gain a lot. From Xiaobai to now, in addition to learning some basic techniques and tactics, his physical fitness, reaction and pressure resistance have been greatly improved, and he fully realized his high concentration and tension when standing in the ring. When watching boxing matches, you can gradually see some doorways and collect some of your own boxing equipment. These fun and experiences are totally worth the ticket price.

Such a simple sport (high-tech, but low-cost venues), but most people simply can't learn it (afraid of being tired and bored). If you can master it, it will be a simple and happy thing.
