Recently, many dramas I wanted to see were shown, and then I paid for some fitness classes. Since I have paid for them, I will definitely stick to it. After all, watching TV plays can't bring me anything, but exercise can bring me a healthier body.

Fitness instructors often tell me that it is important to control diet in addition to exercise in order to keep fit. So according to my own actual situation, he gave me a diet, which contains almost no meat, but I am a meatless person, always eating secretly at first, but my heart is heavy. After all, the coach is very kind to me, and I can't let him down, so I eat the same as the coach every day.
