Advanced conditions for evaluation of district-level sports schools

There are four titles of coaches in sports schools, namely senior, deputy senior, intermediate and assistant, corresponding to senior coaches, first-class coaches, second-class coaches and third-class coaches.

Second, the qualifications of coaches in sports schools

(1) Senior Coach

Have a college degree or above in the Institute of Physical Education, and have worked as a first-class coach for more than five years;

Master the basic theory and professional knowledge of sports systematically, have a deep research on material selection and basic training teaching, and have published or read two papers or academic articles with advanced domestic level;

Master a foreign language basically, and be able to read the technical materials of this major with the help of a dictionary;

Obtaining the qualification certificate for on-the-job training of senior coaches;

According to the requirements of the training program, 80% of the trained athletes meet the passing standards, of which 20% are good; To transport nine to fourteen athletes to a higher training institution, and meet one of the following conditions:

1. Athletes who have been trained for more than one year can reach the national excellent level within seven years at the longest according to different training levels and project characteristics. ?

2. Athletes who have been trained for more than one year will be awarded the title of "Master" within four years at the longest after delivery according to different training levels and project characteristics. ?

3. According to different training levels, select 2 to 4 athletes who have been trained for more than 1 year to be selected into the national team or represent the country in the Asian Games, World Championships, World Cup or Olympic Games.

(2), first-class coach

Have a college degree or above in the Institute of Physical Education, and have worked as a second-level coach for more than four years;

Master the basic theory and professional knowledge of sports systematically, and can carry out certain scientific research in combination with the practice of selecting and cultivating reserve talents, with a certain level of knowledge;

Master a foreign language initially, be familiar with the technical terms of this major, and be able to consult the technical materials of this major with the help of a dictionary;

Obtain the qualification certificate of on-the-job training for intermediate coaches; Send more than two (including two) athletes to a training institution at the next higher level or skip to send one athlete. According to the requirements of the training program, 60% of the trained athletes reach the passing standard and achieve good results in the national youth or the highest level competition in the province (autonomous regions and municipalities).

(3), the second-level coach?

Engaged in three-level coaching for more than two years or have a college degree or above in physical education department, and engaged in training and teaching for more than one year;

Master the basic theory of sports and professional knowledge and skills; Obtain the qualification certificate of junior coach on-the-job training;

Can complete the selection of materials and basic training teaching according to the requirements of the training syllabus, and 30% of the athletes trained have reached the passing standard of the training syllabus. ?

(4), three-level coach?

Have a technical secondary school degree in physical education, have been engaged in training and teaching for more than one year, have a preliminary understanding of the basic theory and professional knowledge of physical education, and can complete the selection of materials and basic training and teaching according to the requirements of the training syllabus.
