6. Broken rope is inevitable. At this time, we should cultivate students' sense of overall situation and unity, don't complain, and keep the original formation as soon as possible.

7. The core and most important thing is that the two rope throwers should stand at a distance of 1.5m-2m from the team and stay in this space all the time. Two students should wrap the rope tightly around their hands, strive to achieve the unity of rope and hand, and throw the rope hard through the big arm with the shoulder as the axis. When the rope reaches the lowest point, they must lower their center of gravity and throw the rope quickly, while keeping their eyes on the jumping height of the classmates in front.
