Tell me about any hard decisions you made to stay healthy.

In order to stay healthy, I made three difficult decisions. One is to change my route after work. I used to go straight home from work, but now I go straight to the gym. Because of this, I chose a shop that I can pass by after work. Sometimes it's really tangled, I don't want to practice, I want to stay at home. But when I pass by, I think it is better to practice, so I often struggle between going and not going. This is my first difficult decision.

The second is to change my eating habits. This is cruel. It used to be barbecue hot pot and mala Tang, but these were avoided after fitness. I eat almost as much as cattle every day, with less oil and salt, and I don't know what it tastes like. What I fear most is the taste of other people's food, which is unbearable. But as the saying goes, if you practice 3 points and eat 7 points, you can save a lot of things as long as you control your mouth, but what you are most afraid of is that I have been crying in the toilet.

The third is to change my communication style. I used to like to invite friends to dinner and drink, because I felt that my feelings would get deeper and deeper in the intertwined. But at the beginning of fitness, I almost cut off all social intercourse. People asked me what I was doing, and I said I was going to the gym, saying that it was lonely, and sure enough.

I was afraid to leave the group at first, but now I enjoy it and others can understand me. I just want to do what I like, but to be honest, there is a lot less news. So fitness is a major decision, which not only affects you, but also affects others around you. However, when you get through difficult decisions, you will find yourself getting better and better and enjoying the process more and more.
