Dancing in front of the mirror, I am full of smiles, full of joy, full of energy, full of vigor and awe-inspiring.

You may wonder why there is such high enthusiasm in the early morning.

I get up at about four o'clock every morning. After getting up, I arrange my time like this. First, I brush my teeth and wash my face. Drink a large glass of warm water after brushing your teeth and washing your face, about 300 ml. After drinking water, I sat on the yoga mat in warm clothes, relaxed all parts of my body and began to meditate.

This is a bright spot to awaken your inner strength. You will have a lot of inner struggles, you will think of many anxious things, and you will also think of some pressures that make you uneasy. You still have a lot of impulses to take care of this and that. It's all someone else's business You still want to do a lot of things to show yourself, let more people feel your existence, always feel superior, always want to convince others, always want to take care of this and that. ...

In a word, these thoughts are beyond your control. At this moment, you are like a bystander, watching them come and go, letting them come and go without making any judgment.

Slowly you return to yourself, you feel your existence, you feel yourself breathing in and out, your breathing is even and slow, your face is relaxed, your shoulders are relaxed, and your back is straight.

Maybe when you first started meditation, all you felt was physical discomfort. Don't be discouraged. Keep practicing, and you will become more and more comfortable like me.

I can feel my body very, very relaxed and comfortable now, which is the result of long practice.

It's not over yet. Next, you will give yourself a positive hug. You will begin to accept your imperfections. You are sure that you will do something today to make some small progress. You like you more every day. You are sure to get better and better.

You find that your reading comprehension has improved, your writing and expression skills have improved, you can keep learning English every day, your mind is getting more and more peaceful, everything you have paid abroad can be done in an orderly and efficient way, and your heart is getting more and more calm.

You only pay attention to your own growth most of the time, be good at independent thinking, internalize what you have learned, and constantly practice and improve in your daily life.

When these inner plays are over, it's time to meditate.

I didn't deliberately decide how long to meditate. At first, I just let myself meditate first thing in the morning. Because getting up early has become a habit of mine, it is not difficult to meditate first thing in the morning.

But you know how unreliable people are. They are always unable to firm their original ideas and want to change or give up in the process of doing it.

But I tell you, even if you meditate for five minutes, you should stick to this habit, that is, meditate the first time in the morning. What benefits does this bring you?

Meditation will make you more focused, meditation will make you more relaxed, and meditation will let you filter out some bad stress and anxiety.

If you don't give yourself five minutes, then you will have a very flustered head, a very anxious head and a very uneasy head on this day.

As you can imagine, this day you are led by trivial things, and you are busy and trapped by things all day. Most of it is someone else's business.

Don't underestimate the little time you give yourself in the morning, because you will deposit your heart in your body.

You will arrange this day to do long-term beneficial things. What you do is to keep growing. You won't rush to follow the crowd, join in the fun for no reason, or break other people's hearts. Every time, you are constantly accumulating strength to grow and prepare yourself for a better self.

After the first habit of meditation is formed, the next habit is exercise.

After meditation, go to keep to find the exercise that suits you. Ten minutes of fitness will wake up your body. Because of your persistence, your figure is getting better and better, and your convexity is very tight. Can you not be flattered?

With the growth of age, many people accept their own body deformation, and their bodies have such and such problems.

But through your long-term exercise and regular life, just like my current figure, I am back to my 20-year-old state. Can you not be full of joy?
