1. People who come to (return to) salt in medium and high-risk areas and local cluster epidemic areas should search for the "immune salt" APPlet through WeChat and Alipay in advance, or report it in the "Travel Report" module of the "My Yancheng" app, or report it to their communities and destinations.
2. Conduct 7-day centralized isolation and 7-day home health monitoring for those who have had rail contact with infected people in COVID-19 and lived in high-risk areas within 14 days.
3. Centralized isolation for 7 days and follow-up health monitoring for 7 days for salt workers from counties (cities, districts) where local cluster epidemic occurred (5 or more confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected persons were added within 14 days).
4. Those who come (return) to salt in low-risk areas outside the province must do nucleic acid again within 48 hours after arriving at salt.
5. People who come to (return to) salt in low-risk areas inside and outside the province can check that their body temperature is normal after arriving at their communities, units and hotels.

Article 30
When disease prevention and control institutions, medical institutions, blood collection and blood supply institutions and their personnel performing their duties discover the epidemic situation of infectious diseases stipulated in this Law or the outbreak and epidemic of other infectious diseases with unknown reasons, they shall follow the principle of territorial management of epidemic situation reporting and report according to the contents, procedures, methods and time limits stipulated by the health administrative department of the State Council or the State Council. When military medical institutions provide medical services to the public, they shall report the epidemic situation of infectious diseases specified in the preceding paragraph in accordance with the provisions of the administrative department of health of the State Council.
