If a negative certificate of nucleic acid detection is held within 7 days, and the negative certificate of nucleic acid detection cannot be provided within 7 days, protective measures shall be taken to accept nucleic acid detection at the designated sampling point. Implement 14-day family health monitoring. Remarks: Family health monitoring requires that no gathering or movement is allowed during 14 days, and that the body temperature is measured every day (twice in the morning and twice in the evening), and the abnormal health status is reported to the village (community) on its own initiative.
2. Employees who import cold chain food, employees who are in direct contact with imported goods at ports, employees who work in isolated places, and employees who return to our city from outside the province. The health management measures taken are the same as "people from outside the province return to the rural areas of our province" (1).
3. Other personnel who return to our city from outside the province. The body temperature is normal, the "health code" is green, and the "trip code" is not marked with the information of the stay history in high-risk areas. Personal protection is done, and it can flow in an orderly manner. In addition, all salt-returning personnel need to register in advance.
Legal basis: Article 30 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases, when disease prevention and control institutions, medical institutions, blood collection and supply institutions and their personnel performing their duties find the epidemic situation of infectious diseases or other outbreaks, epidemics and sudden infectious diseases with unknown causes as stipulated in this Law, they shall follow the principle of territorial management of epidemic situation reporting and report according to the contents, procedures, methods and time limit stipulated by the health administrative department of the State Council or the State Council. When military medical institutions provide medical services to the public, they shall report the epidemic situation of infectious diseases specified in the preceding paragraph in accordance with the provisions of the administrative department of health of the State Council.
