Second, the registration conditions
Candidates who have passed the written examination of primary and secondary school teachers' qualification examination and whose scores are within the validity period meet the following basic conditions and can sign up for the interview of primary and secondary school teachers' qualification examination in our province:
(1) Having China nationality.
(2) The household registration or valid residence permit is in Sichuan.
(three) abide by the Constitution and laws, love education, and have good ideological and moral character.
(four) meet the medical standards for applying for teacher qualifications.
(five) meet the academic requirements stipulated in the "Teachers Law".
(six) social candidates registered or living in Sichuan Province should register for the examination or apply for a residence permit at their registered place.
(7) Students (including graduate students) and students from secondary vocational schools (see Annex 1 for details) who meet the pre-school education conditions announced by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Education and the Sichuan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security within two years before graduation can sign up for the examination. Affected by the epidemic situation, students should fully understand the winter vacation time of the school before registering, and choose to register for this interview in the "school location" or "household registration location".

(9) Candidates with overseas academic qualifications shall register for the examination with the Foreign Academic Degree Certificate issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.
(10) Those who have been disqualified as teachers shall not sign up for the examination within 5 years; Those who have been deprived of political rights or have been sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment or above for intentional crimes shall not sign up for the examination. Cheating in primary and secondary school teachers' qualification examinations shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for Handling Disciplinary Acts in National Education Examinations, the Criminal Law Amendment of People's Republic of China (PRC) (IX) and the Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Laws in Handling Cheating Cases in Organizing Examinations (Law Interpretation [20 19] 13).
(1 1) According to the decision of the the State Council executive meeting held on August 17, 2020, the Ministry of Education issued the Notice of the Ministry of Education on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Plan for the Qualification Reform of Primary and Secondary School Teachers for Postgraduates in Education and Normal Students at Public Fees (Teacher Letter [2020] No.5), so please pay close attention to the relevant candidates. Qualified postgraduate students of education and normal students at public expense can take part in the assessment of education and teaching ability organized by the school, or they can voluntarily take the qualification examination for primary and secondary school teachers and apply for corresponding teacher qualifications.
Third, the application process
(1) Online Registration

Step 2: Register. Candidates who have participated in the qualification examination for primary and secondary school teachers (written examination) in the second half of 20021do not need to register, and other candidates must re-register. When registering, candidates must fill in the relevant information such as name and ID number correctly, and upload the electronic photos that meet the requirements.
Photo requirements: (1) bareheaded, front, color and white background photos of myself in recent 6 months. The photo is the top of the examinee's head and shoulders, and hats, headscarves, hair bands and sunglasses are not allowed; (2) The photo file is not more than 200kb, and the format is jpg/JPEG；; (3) The photos will be used for the admission ticket and examination certificate. (4) The interview subjects of senior middle school teachers' qualification examination are: Chinese, mathematics, English, physics, chemistry, biology, ideology and politics, history, geography, music, sports and health, fine arts, information technology, general technology, Japanese, Russian, German, French, Spanish, mental health education and special education, * * * 2/kloc-0.
(5) The interview subjects of the secondary vocational school teacher qualification examination are the same as those of the senior middle school teacher qualification examination. The interview subjects of professional courses and practical guidance teachers' qualification examination in secondary vocational schools should be selected according to the majors studied by candidates (note: candidates applying for professional courses and practical guidance teachers in secondary vocational schools should bring their own official textbooks for professional courses in secondary vocational schools).

1. Select a topic. The test center staff logs into the interview evaluation system and randomly selects the test questions from the question bank (kindergarten candidates choose 1 from the two selected test questions, and other categories only have 1). 2. prepare lessons. Candidates bring test papers and lesson preparation papers into the lesson preparation room to write lesson plans (or activity demonstration schemes). The time is 20 minutes.
3. Answer the prescribed questions. Candidates are guided by the staff to enter the designated interview room. The examiner randomly selected two prescribed questions from the interview evaluation system and asked the candidates to answer them. The time is five minutes.
4. Try or demonstrate. Candidates give a trial lecture (or demonstration) according to the prepared teaching plan (or activity demonstration scheme). Time 10 minute.
5. reply. The examiner asks questions around the content of the candidate's trial lecture (or demonstration), and the candidate answers. The time is five minutes.
6. Score. The examiner comprehensively scores the interview performance of the candidates according to the scoring standard.
The second category: apply for the qualifications of teachers in primary school mental health education, information technology, general practice, special education and other disciplines; Teachers' qualifications for mental health education, Japanese, Russian, German, French, Spanish and special education in junior and senior high schools; Qualifications of professional courses and practice instructors in secondary vocational schools;
