Question: Can B-ultrasound detect bladder tumor?
B-ultrasound findings: The cross-section of both kidneys is normal in size and shape, with uniform parenchymal echo, no occupying lesion, no separation of collecting system and no abnormal echo mass. CDFI: The renal blood flow was well perfused, with finger-like distribution and even display. Bilateral ureters are not dilated. The bladder is well filled with good wall continuity. The size of the right side wall in the cavity is about 17* 1 1mm, with slightly strong echo, convenient sound, irregular internal echo and wide base. CDFI: achromatic color blood flow signal in slightly strong echo group. The prostate section is normal in size and shape, with clear outline and uniform internal echo. CDFI: No abnormal blood flow signal was found. Examination tip: bladder ca may be. The echo of kidney and prostate is normal. Bilateral ureters are not dilated.
