Small banks in these places rely on connections to fight for their fathers. If it doesn't matter, don't be a foil, wasting time and energy. Two days ago, I went to the Pearl River Village Bank for an interview, and I felt completely cheated after the meeting. When I went in for an interview, I saw some photos of people in front of the interviewer, and I knew there was something inside (because I didn't pay attention to handing in my personal paper life photos during the interview). The procedure is as follows: after everyone introduces themselves, the examiner will directly ask the person with the photo. The rest is just a decoration, and generally won't ask you any questions. The examiner will also ask these two people naked if you have any customer resources. I remember the examiner also asked a girl, and you also participated in the recruitment of our bank last year. Why didn't you go in then? I didn't figure it out then either. Can he remember this? The interview time is 15 minutes, with five people as a group. In fact, I calculated it myself, and the total time was less than 5 minutes, and it ended without asking me any questions. The most embarrassing thing is that the examiner actually knew that someone was late for the interview. Later, when I came back, I met their own employees in the bank, and they also exposed these recruitment insider to us. The written interview is just a formality, which meets the recruitment requirements of the head office. In fact, it is basically the default, and other core teams are mature. Even if you go in, you can only engage in sales and attract customers, although the financial report you submit may not work in the finance department.
It doesn't matter if you don't get in. It's just a small bank. Of course, it does not rule out that some outstanding strongmen entered by their own ability, but how many such people are there? Maybe many freshmen like me can't figure it out at first, but this is the social reality. Gradually accumulate experience, only in this way can we grow. This is my interview experience in just a few minutes that day. I hope it will be helpful to those fresh graduates who have no background and whose father is not Li Gang or Li Shuangjiang and want to enter a small bank. I also hope that everyone will not be a foil, not out of hatred or psychology that they have not produced. Finally, it is suggested that students who really want to enter the bank choose a bigger bank, which is relatively fair, has a large development space and exercises people. thank you
