The temperature in summer is higher than that in winter. Generally, it jumps at a speed of about 100 per minute every day, and 500-800 per day is enough.
In winter, when the temperature is low, you usually jump every other day for 30 minutes at the speed of 100 (you can take a rest for one or two minutes when you are tired).
When the temperature is high in summer, exercise consumes more calories. When the temperature is low in winter, the first ten minutes are actually warm-up.
This is my own experiment, simple and healthy. You can try if you don't believe me.
But don't sit or lie down immediately after exercise because you are tired. That won't have obvious effect.
Be careful not to jump after dinner. It is best to jump 1 hour before or after meals.
