The recruitment unit and its competent department shall set up an investigation working group to be responsible for the investigation of the candidates who enter the scope of investigation. The investigation team shall seek truth from facts, comprehensively, objectively and fairly evaluate the inspected object, and write a written investigation opinion. The inspection can be carried out in various ways according to the requirements of post conditions, mainly focusing on ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance, and examining whether the candidates meet the prescribed post qualifications and whether the relevant information materials provided are true and accurate. The inspection team should strictly review the files of the inspected objects in accordance with the requirements of the Opinions on Further Strict Management of Cadres' Files (Lu Zufa [2017] No.2). When auditing archives, we should seriously investigate the problems existing in the archives, such as incomplete important materials, unclear personal experience, unclear historical situation, inability to conduct effective investigation, or fraud, fraud, and serious circumstances. If the problem is not identified and handled in place, the employment procedures will not be handled. Candidates who fail to accept the inspection and provide relevant materials according to the specified time shall be deemed to have given up automatically.
