1. The cancellation of the citizen health card means that the customer no longer uses the citizen health card for some reason and requests the Bank of China to handle the cancellation procedures. The card withdrawal business must be handled by the cardholder himself with valid identity documents at the bank, and no agency is allowed.
2, citizen health card pin card is divided into ordinary health card pin card and multifunctional health card pin card:
(1) As the ordinary health card is not registered in the system, it cannot be cancelled and can only be recycled. The balance of the electronic cash account in the customer card and the deposit for card opening can be returned in cash.
(2) To cancel the multi-functional health card, the teller should cancel the electronic cash account in the card first, withdraw the electronic cash balance in the card to the debit main account in the card, and then close the debit account in the card for cancellation.
