Nutritional value and efficacy of edible oil

1/6

Soybean oil: balanced nutrition, economic benefits, is the world's highest oil production. Monounsaturated fatty acids are18%-28%; 63% polyunsaturated fatty acids, including linoleic acid 55% and linolenic acid 8%. Has the effects of reducing serum cholesterol content and preventing cardiovascular diseases. However, soybean salad oil is not resistant to high temperature, and it is easy to produce trans fatty acids at high temperature.

2/6

Blended oil: it is an edible oil made by blending two or more refined oils in a certain proportion. The cost of blending oil is generally low, and the proportion is often unclear. I don't know how many beneficial ingredients there are, which is easy to mislead consumers.

3/6

Peanut oil: Peanut oil contains 35%-67% monounsaturated fatty acids and 13-43% polyunsaturated fatty acids. Moreover, peanut oil has a good fatty acid composition and is easily digested and absorbed by the human body. Peanut is easy to pollute Aspergillus flavus, and the toxin produced by Aspergillus flavus is highly carcinogenic, so crude peanut oil is very unsafe, and few people really sell pure peanut oil in the market.

4/6

Corn oil: Peanut oil contains 50-60% polyunsaturated fatty acids and 25-30% monounsaturated fatty acids, which can enhance the functions of human muscle, heart and vascular system and improve the body's resistance. Corn oil has strong thermal stability and can be used for cooking and frying.

5/6

Lard: It contains high saturated fatty acids, which can easily lead to hyperlipidemia, fatty liver, arteriosclerosis and obesity. But lard must be eaten, because its cholesterol is the raw material for human body to make steroid hormones, adrenocortical hormones, sex hormones and synthesize vitamin D by itself. The α -lipoprotein in lard can prolong life, which is lacking in vegetable oil.

6/6

Hemp oil: Hemp seed oil contains 76% monounsaturated fatty acids and 92% polyunsaturated fatty acids, and contains a lot of trace elements such as lecithin, vitamin E, vitamin B, manganese and selenium. Compared with soybean oil, corn oil and peanut oil, linoleic acid content is equivalent, while α -linolenic acid is obviously higher. α -linolenic acid has strong functions of enhancing intelligence, protecting eyesight, lowering blood pressure, lowering cholesterol, delaying aging, resisting allergy and inhibiting cancer occurrence and metastasis.
