In order to do a good job in migrant workers' return to work, local enterprises' return to work and epidemic prevention and control, ensure that migrant workers can return to work quickly and healthily during the epidemic, reduce the flow of office workers, let people run fewer errands and let data run more, our city launched the "Nanyang labor safety code" system, used mobile phones to apply for health certificates, and generated electronic health certificates and electronic health codes online. The specific operation and usage are as follows:
I. System Registration
Step 1: Login platform: Migrant workers log in the QR code of Nanyang Labor Security One Code Pass to enter the system, then click the "My" button to enter the login page, click the "Login" button in the page, then select "One-click login on WeChat" and click the "Authorization" button to complete the system login.
Step 2: Real-name authentication: After logging in, click "Click Authentication" indicated by the red arrow to enter the ID card upload page, and then take photos of the front and back of the ID card and upload them according to the page prompts to complete the real-name authentication.
Step three. Information Perfection: After the real-name authentication is passed, you need to supplement and improve your personal information. Click the "Supplementary Information" column to enter the supplementary information page, enter your personal information according to the prompts, and then submit it.
Note: On the supplementary information page, the place of residence should be my permanent residence or current address.
Second, information collection of migrant workers
After completing the real-name authentication and information supplement, you can collect the information of migrant workers, enter the page, click the "Personal Information" button displayed on the page, enter the information collection page, fill in all the information truthfully according to the relevant prompts on the page, and submit the information after completion.
Third, apply for an electronic health certificate
Step 1: Apply for an electronic health certificate: After the information of migrant workers is collected and audited by relevant personnel, you can click the "Health Certificate" button to enter the health certificate authentication interface, fill in all the information truthfully according to the relevant prompts on the page, and submit it after completion, waiting for the village doctor, village party secretary, village cadre audit leader and township health center leader to audit). After the audit is completed, responsible persons at all levels can generate electronic health codes and electronic health certificates on mobile phones.
Step 2: Inquire or use electronic health certificate: After submitting the application for electronic health certificate, you can inquire whether the electronic health certificate/code has passed the examination. When migrant workers meet the inspection of health and epidemic prevention personnel, they can show their electronic health certificates/codes through mobile phones, and health and quarantine personnel can scan the electronic health codes to verify the health status of migrant workers.
Note: Health certificate can be applied for multiple times. If there is an electronic health certificate, the re-application will overwrite the previously approved electronic health certificate.
