The county health bureau is responsible for:
1, responsible for family planning management and services, carrying out population monitoring and early warning, studying and putting forward policy suggestions related to population and family development, and improving supporting policies for family planning;
2. Organize and coordinate the implementation of policies and measures to deal with the aging population, and promote the construction of health service system for the elderly and the combination of medical care and nursing;

Seventh the State Council and local people's governments at all levels shall lead the work of medical care and health promotion. The competent department of health in the State Council is responsible for the overall coordination of national medical care and health promotion. Other relevant departments in the State Council are responsible for medical care and health promotion within their respective functions and duties. The health authorities of local people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the overall coordination of medical care and health promotion within their respective administrative areas. Other relevant departments of the local people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the relevant medical and health promotion work within the scope of their respective duties.
