Method 1: image compression of the whole document
1. Open the completed PPT and click the file in the upper left corner-Save As;
2. At this time, the window for selecting the storage location will pop up. Click the Tools button at the bottom of the window. There is an image compression option in the pop-up drop-down box. Let's click on it.
3. In the pop-up dialog box, check to delete the cropping area of the picture, and select the document resolution in the target output;
Method 2: Use compression tools to compress PPT files.
1. Open the compression tool, and there are five function options in the jumped page. Click to select PPT compression;
2. Enter the compression page, and upload the files that need to be compressed to the designated area by adding files;
3. If there is an error in the file uploading process and it needs to be deleted, click "Clear Text" to successfully delete the unnecessary files;
4. In the following general settings, you can set compression settings and save paths according to your own needs;
5. After the above steps are completed, click Start Compression, and the compression is successful after the upper status display output is completed;
