(1) The pathogen of this disease is Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae, which mainly exists in the lungs, lung lymph nodes and respiratory secretions of sick pigs. The main sources of infection of the disease are sick pigs and recessive infected pigs. Pathogens exist in the respiratory tract and secretions of sick pigs for a long time, and are excreted with cough and asthma and passed on to healthy pigs. This disease is most likely to occur when the pig house is humid, poorly ventilated and the pigs are crowded. Many pig farms with epidemic outbreaks mostly introduce recessive infected pigs when buying piglets. Once the pig farm gets sick, it is difficult to eliminate it. It can happen all year round, especially in winter and spring. The new epidemic area is explosive, with severe symptoms and high morbidity and mortality; The old epidemic area is chronic and the mortality rate is low. When the climate is mixed, wet and cold, and the feeding management and sanitary conditions are not good, the disease can be aggravated.
(2) Prevention At present, there is no vaccine to prevent the disease. According to the occurrence and infection characteristics of this disease, comprehensive prevention and control measures can be taken. In areas without asthma, we should support ourselves and resolutely not buy pigs from other places, especially stop buying sick pigs. If it is necessary to update the breed, when introducing pig breeds from other places, it is necessary to carefully understand whether there is this disease source in the area where the pig source is located. If there is a suspicious epidemic, never buy it. It is considered that healthy pigs should be isolated 1 ~ 2 months after purchase, and whether there is this disease or not should be observed before deciding whether to polyculture. At ordinary times, it is necessary to strengthen the management of pig breeding, feed diversified feeds, keep the pens clean, dry and ventilated, pay attention to cold protection and heat preservation, and do a good job of disinfection on a regular basis. Weaned piglets should be regularly deworming to ensure the normal growth and development of pigs.
(3) Reasonable clinical treatment is helpful to the recovery of sick pigs. However, the effects of various treatment methods are influenced by many factors. Different effects of the same therapy are often closely related to the severity of the disease, the strength of the body's resistance, feeding quality and management conditions, climate and so on. Therefore, strengthening the management of sick pigs combined with drug treatment can achieve good results. First, oxytetracycline hydrochloride was widely used in the early stage, and the effect was good. The dose is calculated as 30 ~ 40mg per kg of body weight per day (the first dose is doubled). After diluted with 5% magnesium chloride solution or 5% glucose saline, intramuscular injection, 1 ~ 2 times, 5 ~ 7 days a day 1 course of treatment, and repeated medication 1 course of treatment if necessary. Secondly, kanamycin is injected intramuscularly once a day at a dose of 40,000 international units per kilogram of body weight, with 3-5 days as a course of treatment, 2 courses for mild1-and 3-4 courses for severe. If it is used alternately with oxytetracycline, the curative effect can be improved. Three, the pig Pingchuan intramuscular injection according to the weight of 40000 international units per kilogram, every day 1 time, 5 days as a course of treatment, the curative effect is also good. 4. Compound Gleditsia sinensis injection: 80g of seedless Gleditsia sinensis, 25g of almonds and 25g of Lepidium lepidii are restrained into 2000ml of liquid medicine, each ml is equivalent to 0.065g of the original medicine, and injected into the deep part of gluteus muscle. If the weight is less than 5 kg, use 3 ~ 4 ml each time. Add 1 ml liquid medicine for every 5 kg weight gain. Generally, taking medicine once can relieve symptoms. Seriously ill pigs can be injected once per kloc-0 per week. According to hundreds of cases, the effect is good.
The key to cultivating healthy pigs in diseased pig farms lies in strict isolation and resolute implementation of various epidemic prevention and health systems. Suspicious sick pigs and assumed healthy pigs should be raised separately and observed at any time. If sick pigs are found, they should be isolated immediately. After rehabilitation, the pigs could not return to the healthy group, so under strict isolation conditions, the sows were raised in a single circle, and whether the offspring gasped or not was observed, and 2 ~ 3 litters of offspring were observed continuously. When piglets are weaned, they have no cough symptoms. If conditions permit, each piglet can be slaughtered 1 ~ 2 piglets for pathological autopsy. When it is proved that there is no asthmatic disease, the sow can be considered healthy.
