The principle of vegetarianism

For practitioners, food is only used to maintain the normal operation of the body. Can't be greedy, can't be greedy for taste and taste, and so on. From this point of view, what a yogi eats is the same, and it has nothing to do with vegetarianism, as long as it can provide energy for the body and does not harm the health. The reason why practitioners are advocated to be vegetarian is that meat is accompanied by killing, and because many practitioners or novices can't treat food from an equal perspective, not on the basis of maintaining body operation, and often crave the taste of meat. Greed does not go away, reincarnation does not break, and in life and death, it will definitely lead directly or indirectly to killing cause and effect because of meat. Therefore, although practice has nothing to do with what you eat, you still have to cut meat when vegetarian food can meet your body's needs. And you can't be greedy for vegetarian food. You can't be greedy for its various tastes, flavors and so on. It's not that we can't eat a better diet, but we should treat them equally and meet the needs of the body. Don't be greedy if you eat well, and don't be too greedy if you eat badly.
