First, the food safety certificate registration process
Candidates who submit registration materials are required to provide the following registration materials:
1. Original and photocopy of my valid ID card;
2. The original and photocopy of the highest academic certificate;
3. Original and photocopy of personal health certificate;
4. Food safety administrator training registration form. Candidates are requested to log on to the designated registration website (or designated registration point), fill in personal information as required, and upload the electronic version or scanned copy of the required materials. After the registration deadline, any form of information modification or supplement will not be accepted.
Candidates participating in the training and assessment are required to attend the designated food safety administrator training class and take the assessment after the training. The examination form is a closed-book written test, with a full score of 100 and a qualified standard of 60 points. Candidates can choose whether to attend the training course according to their own needs, but they can't pass the exam without attending the training course.
Candidates who have passed the examination and obtained the certificate will receive the food safety administrator certificate issued by the State Food and Drug Administration. The certificate is valid for three years, and the holder shall conduct annual inspection as required.
Second, the food safety certificate application requirements
1, in good health and holding a valid health certificate;
2. Have more than 2 years working experience in food safety in catering services;
3. Hold a valid training certificate;
4. Meet other conditions stipulated by the Food and Drug Administration.
Food safety officer refers to a professional engaged in health management, food safety file management, food procurement, safety inspection, safety knowledge publicity and other work.
On June 65438+1October 65438+July, 2022, the Certification and Accreditation Technology Research Center of the State Administration of Market Supervision issued the Notice of the Certification and Accreditation Center of the State Administration of Market Supervision on Carrying out Personnel Capability Verification (Special Food Safety Project), and officially carried out personnel capability verification for the society. Among them, it mainly includes food safety officials.
On September 26, 2022, the General Administration of Market Supervision issued the Provisions on Supervision and Management of Enterprises Implementing the Responsibility of Food Safety Subjects. The regulations require that food production and operation enterprises with a certain scale should be equipped with food safety directors according to law; It is necessary to establish a food safety responsibility system in which the main person in charge of the enterprise takes overall responsibility, the food safety director and the food safety officer are responsible for the classification.
If a food production and marketing enterprise fails to equip, train and assess food safety management personnel according to regulations, the local market supervision and management department at or above the county level shall order it to make corrections and give a warning; Refuses to correct, a fine of 5000 yuan and 50 thousand yuan; If the circumstances are serious, it shall be ordered to suspend production or business until the license is revoked.
The Regulations also require enterprises to establish a dynamic management mechanism based on food safety risk prevention and control, and formulate a food safety risk control list. This regulation will be officially implemented on June 1 1.
