Chen Haocheng, 1969 was born in Fushun city, Liaoning province, and 1992 graduated from the biology department of Shenyang Normal University. He was hired as a visiting professor by Zhejiang Forestry College, Shenyang Normal University and Institute of Biomedicine of Liaocheng University.
