The specific process of handling the health certificate is as follows:
1, bring my ID card and two one-inch bareheaded color photos, go to the relevant departments (centers for disease control and prevention or health institutions approved by the Ministry of Health to undertake preventive health checkups) to get the form, fill in personal basic information, paste photos on the physical checkup form, and pay the medical checkup fee at the payment office;
2. Carry out various physical examinations one by one, first draw blood, then do anal examination, routine examination of internal medicine and surgery, and chest X-ray examination;
3. After the physical examination, attend the training at the designated time and place. If the training is qualified, a Certificate of Health Law Knowledge Training will be issued, valid for two years;
4. Those who pass the training and physical examination can obtain health certificates.

Food producers and business operators shall establish and implement the health management system for employees. Persons suffering from diseases that hinder food safety as stipulated by the administrative department of health of the State Council shall not engage in direct contact with imported food. Food production and marketing personnel engaged in direct contact with imported food shall undergo annual health examination and obtain health certificates before taking up their posts.
