The first lesson of Chongqing Spring: Review in 2023.

The first lesson of Chongqing's opening in spring: review in 2023 (five articles)

Students with mental health should have good emotional state, correct self-concept, proper self-evaluation, complete personality structure, harmonious interpersonal relationship and good job-hunting psychology, should meet the requirements of society, and can give full play to their intelligence and adaptability to the environment. Next, I compiled the first lesson of Chongqing Spring, I hope you like it!

The first lesson of Chongqing in the spring of 2023 is review. 1 Adolescence is a critical period for a person's psychological and physical development. Since the implementation of the new curriculum reform in recent years, students' all-round development education has been fully reflected, especially students' mental health education has been fully concerned.

This semester, I expanded my time after class, and conducted a mental health education experiment in view of the poor management discipline of the fifth-grade class Committee students. I designed a group counseling game class of "I say you draw", which enables students to understand, express, question and respond through the communication between "communicators" and "listeners". Let students understand the difference between one-way and two-way, closed and open, blind and exploration in the process of communication; Through games, let students know that the basis of effective communication is two-way communication. In the future study and life, we should pay attention to the expression and communication with our classmates. In this competition, the students all realized their shortcomings in their usual work and study, and spoke about their future efforts. It can be seen that the primary school mental health education course can get twice the result with half the effort in improving and regulating students' mental health problems. In the future, I will continue to strengthen the research on mental health education in primary schools, formulate scientific and feasible implementation methods, help students establish correct values, learning views and outlook on life, and enable students to develop physically and mentally in a healthy and all-round way.

Primary school students' mental health education is mainly carried out through teacher-student activities. Therefore, we can regard these activities as ways or methods of psychological education. Commonly used in the following categories.

1, cognitive method

This teaching method mainly relies on the cognitive activities of primary school students' perception, imagination and thinking to achieve educational goals. It includes the following activities:

(1) Read and listen to stories;

(2) Multimedia teaching;

(3) art appreciation;

(4) Association activities, that is, through the observation and association activities of primary school students, train their imagination and creativity, and express their inner feelings and experiences.

(5) Cognitive change, that is, teachers change pupils' irrational beliefs by hinting, persuading and asking questions, so as to restore and establish a reasonable way of thinking, solve pupils' psychological problems and promote the development of pupils' sound personality.

(6) visit.

2. Method of operation

This kind of education method mainly achieves the purpose of psychological education through the operation activities of primary school students' words and actions. Specifically including

(1) Game activities;

(2) Labor, such as collective cleaning of environmental sanitation, planting trees, posting newspapers on the wall, etc. Cultivate the spirit of cooperation and the quality of loving labor.

(3) Testing, which allows students to do various psychological tests such as intelligence, personality, attitude and interest, so as to help primary school students know themselves, their own characteristics, advantages and disadvantages, and promote self-development.

(4) Speech, this method can train eloquence, cultivate wit and enhance mutual understanding among peers.

(5) Painting is to cultivate students' imagination and creativity through the operation of painting.

(6) Singing, that is, arousing students' emotions and arousing primary school students' emotions and enthusiasm through singing.

3. Centralized discussion method

Collective discussion can brainstorm, communicate thoughts and feelings and promote problem solving. There are many such methods, such as group discussion, thematic discussion and debate. , which can be used in psychological education courses.

The above classification of psychological education methods is not absolute, and there is a certain overlap or inclusion relationship between different kinds of methods. For example, in the cognitive method of psychological education, there are elements of behavioral activities, while in the operational method, there are elements of cognition and activities, but the focus of the two methods is different. In psychological education, we should choose the most suitable psychological education method according to the special objectives of education and the characteristics of psychological education methods. In the process of pupils' psychological development, the components of cognitive activities and behavioral activities are interrelated and interactive. Therefore, in order to achieve the best effect of psychological education courses, diversified psychological education methods should be adopted.

As a part-time teacher of mental health education for middle school students, I feel a great responsibility, because mental health education is an education to improve the psychological quality of middle school students and an important part of implementing quality education. Good psychological quality is an important part of people's all-round quality and a very important content of talents' quality in the future.

Junior high school students are mostly ten-year-old children, a cross-century generation. They are in an important period of physical and mental development, and most of them are only children. With the development of physiology and psychology, the increase of competitive pressure, the expansion of social experience and the change of thinking mode, they may encounter or produce various psychological problems in their study, life, interpersonal communication and self-awareness. Some problems, if not solved in time, will have a negative impact on the healthy growth of students, which will seriously lead to behavioral disorders or personality defects of students. Their healthy growth not only needs a harmonious and relaxed environment, but also needs to help them master the methods and abilities of self-regulation and self-development. As their mental health teachers and class teachers, it is an important task to cultivate students' healthy psychological quality.

The basic task of psychological quality education for middle school students is to fully develop and improve students' psychological potential according to the psychological development law of teenagers, and promote the improvement of students' overall quality and the harmonious development of personality. Modern education needs high-tech talents and excellent talents with both ability and political integrity. Quality education is not a growing demand, but a position on the agenda. From family to society, attention to education is everywhere. However, we have to notice that with the increase of the number of only-child groups, the complexity of family problems and the acceleration of the renewal of modern concepts, quality education, especially psychological quality, has attracted the attention of educators. Mental health education is a new topic of moral education, and it is an effective way to help students correctly handle their study, life, job selection and interpersonal relationships, and cultivate a sound personality. Carry out mental health education purposefully and in a planned way to cultivate students' good psychological quality. These psychological qualities are an important guarantee for their academic success and career success. In the past, people only paid attention to students' intelligence factors and thought that high intelligence would lead to success. This is actually a misunderstanding. The educational and psychological circles are more and more aware that the individual's psychological quality has a very important influence on his success and success, and its influence is even far greater than intelligence. Only by attaching importance to students' psychological education and cultivating their good psychological quality can they be better promoted to become talents.

First of all, I want to thank the school for giving me this rare opportunity to learn. This meeting was held in _ _ _ _ _ College at the 20th annual academic meeting of the Psychology Committee of Education Society. A total of 63 people participated, including doctors in education and psychology, professors, lecturers, psychological counselors and teachers from high schools, junior high schools and primary schools in all universities in the province. One of the teachers went to study in person, and his spirit was commendable. It is conceivable that our students' mental health education has been highly valued by various schools and departments to a certain extent. Let me talk about some feelings of this study.

Experts suggest that in our education and teaching, teachers should take the initiative to pay attention to, accept and respect students unconditionally. I think it makes sense. There are three roles in the school collective, namely leaders, teachers and students. As a leader, I hope all my teachers can work hard, all the education and teaching activities in the school can be carried out vividly, and an effective result can be achieved, so that all the work of the school can be among the best in a certain range. As a teacher, I always hope to get the attention of leaders, the love of students, the recognition of parents and excellent results. As students, they want to be liked by teachers, cared by parents, behave well and grow up happily. If we can establish a good and harmonious relationship among the three, the school can develop more effectively, which requires us to take the initiative to care for, accept and respect others unconditionally, which is what we call humanism, and the means to achieve this goal are empathy, praise and tolerance. Put yourself in the other person's shoes, feel the pain and happiness of the other person and express it. Happiness means your happiness, and pain means your pain. Let the other party produce * * * sounds. For example, writing a paper for the first time has a limited level and the content is really a bit messy. I know my writing level is limited, but there is no way. Although I wrote two articles, the quality was not very high, and I didn't expect to participate in the evaluation. I felt uneasy when handing in my papers. Our headmaster read my paper, not only didn't criticize me, but also encouraged me to write more. The headmaster used his off-duty time to help me correct my papers, stood on my side and corrected two of my papers himself, both of which were reported. I am so excited. Although I don't know if I will win the prize, I am already very satisfied. Her words moved me and filled me with motivation. Leaders can think for teachers everywhere, which is the power of empathy. In fact, people are all the same, students need praise, teachers need praise, and leaders want to understand more. Leaders care about teachers in their work, so they should actively cooperate with leaders to do all the work in the school, study more methods in teaching, attract students with their own personality charm, and be students' real tutors. Our teacher is very tired, but he is most sincere and sincere to his students. They care about the children all the time. Sometimes some emotions are normal, because teachers are human, so I want to say: dear teachers, you have worked hard, please leave some time for yourself to rest.

People need more understanding, more tolerance, more sincerity and more love. I am lucky to work in such a family atmosphere. I love education very much and love everyone in our big family more. I am tired and happy, and I have no regrets. I hope I can share some troubles for everyone, and everyone around me can be happy every day. Remember, health is the capital of revolution. In order to carry out the revolution to the end, we must pay attention to health.

In the spring of 2023, Chongqing started the first lesson, and then reflected on the fourth, so-called health, many people thought that as long as there was a strong body. In fact, in today's increasingly complex society, I think not only physical health, but also mental health, both of which are indispensable. So this afternoon's lecture is very important for our young teachers.

The disharmony of teacher-student relationship, parent-child relationship and peer relationship is the main cause of mental health in primary and secondary schools, and the teacher-student relationship is the most important factor. However, the current exam-oriented education has led to the alienation of the relationship between teachers and students. To overcome these, it is necessary to adjust the relationship between teachers and students and do it according to the interaction law in interpersonal relationships. Among them, the most important psychological adaptation is interpersonal adaptation, and the most important psychological abnormality is interpersonal imbalance.

We can start from the following aspects: first, the psychological law of interpersonal communication is that people prefer positive stimulation, that is to say, no matter what kind of people, they like to listen to good words, even if their psychological understanding is false or empty. Therefore, we teachers should grasp this feature and make corresponding measures in teaching, such as appreciation and appreciation. We often say that "a good boy is boasted", because appreciation can improve the physical atmosphere, help to do a good job in children's education, improve teachers' leadership art and promote people's mental health, but only if these compliments are sincere and concerned can we get twice the result with half the effort in the process of education and teaching.

The second is self-nature. Usually people will think more about themselves when their interests are related, but this is also a normal psychological phenomenon. In some cases, there is jealousy, which is a very bad manifestation of mental health. Therefore, our teachers should observe and understand students in time in the usual education process and try to avoid this phenomenon, otherwise some consequences will be very serious. There is also envy, which is based on a beautiful foundation.

And a psychological sense of belonging. No matter what kind of people are afraid of loneliness, they all want to stay away from loneliness, especially poor students. As teachers, we should care about them in time and let them feel the warmth of the class. They are indispensable to the class. Starting from its bright spot, we should gradually build their self-confidence. So they won't feel lonely. We all hope that our feelings can be shared and shared, and we also hope that we can be believed when we are unfortunate or encounter difficulties.

It is these tragedies that we often hear many students commit suicide by jumping off a building, leaving home and going astray. I am also thinking that if we educators can pay more attention to them and educate them from the perspective of mental health education in time, maybe these tragedies will be reduced.

After Professor Li's explanation this morning, I understand that the problem of students' disobedience and willfulness is caused by many reasons, not deliberately aimed at teachers. Moreover, children with problems just need our tolerance and help. Our teachers should not abandon them, just as doctors can't abandon patients, they should help them sincerely. When we take problem students as the research object, we will find it interesting. I am really glad to have such a good learning opportunity, which has brought great help to my future education and teaching work, so I will cherish it in the last few days of study!

Through this study, as a class teacher, I deeply feel the importance of doing students' psychological work. I can't look at any problems of students on the surface, but should look at the psychological factors of students' behavior through phenomena, and fundamentally guide the healthy development of students' psychology.

Here, I want to talk about my experience in this research:

One of my feelings: This training made me understand the importance of mental health education in primary schools. True psychological education is indeed the foundation of moral education, intellectual education and other education. Only through their own efforts, play their role and win the recognition of students, parents and schools can mental health teachers better play the role of mental health education in middle schools.

The second feeling: This training made me know the students again, myself and education. It can be said that every teacher loves his students. It is with this love that we have paid a lot for students, but the result is that we often feel: how can students do this? It's really worse from generation to generation. Now I really realize that there are no students who can't teach, only teachers who can't teach. I just don't really understand students and grasp their psychological needs. No matter how much we love, we all deviate from our expectations. In short, our love is not what students need, and the result can be imagined. How can we talk about the effect of education? Because of this, teachers can't appreciate the joy of work, and the heavy burden makes teachers unable to appreciate their own happiness, which may be the inevitable result of not knowing psychological education and not using psychological education! Let each of us learn to observe students, understand students, grasp their psychological needs, and then teach students in accordance with their aptitude step by step.

Feeling 3: Every teacher should be a qualified mental health teacher. As a graduate of a normal college, everyone has been exposed to and studied psychology, but once they get to work, they can't feel the usefulness of psychology, so they have long forgotten it, although sometimes they pretend to apply one or two psychological terms, which is just putting on their own facade. It can be said that I really don't understand psychology, and I didn't think of how to apply psychological knowledge correctly in education and teaching, so there are many puzzles in my work. It is this research that helps me realize the importance of psychology and mental health. It turns out that although we inadvertently used psychology, our confusion is precisely because of our ignorance of students and psychology! Only when every teacher becomes a qualified mental health teacher can we know ourselves and students better and do a better job in education.

Feeling 4: Learn more ways of mental health education through training. In the past, I thought the mental health class was too mysterious, because I didn't really understand the essence of mental health education in primary schools, but ignored the psychological feelings and needs of students. Through training, I understand the essence of mental health education in primary schools, that is: from students, serving students; Guide students and grasp life!

Feeling 5: This training made me understand that learning is endless. People are not born to know. If we don't study, save our energy and change our knowledge structure in time, we will be eliminated by the times. There are too many feelings, beyond words; We have too much work to do. As a class teacher, we should always put psychological and moral education in the first place, so as to promote the development of intellectual education and make the school cultivate healthy students.

Chongqing starts school in the spring of 2023. Lesson 1: 5. Mental health education is not an additional education, but a complete educational project, which should run through the whole process of school education and teaching. Infiltration of mental health education in subject teaching refers to all kinds of positive measures taken by teachers in the process of subject teaching, while giving students certain knowledge and skills, developing students' intelligence and creativity, maintaining and improving students' mental health and forming students' sound personality. In mathematics teaching, teachers should teach students in accordance with their aptitude according to their psychological characteristics, and timely and appropriately infiltrate mental health education. I made some attempts in mathematics teaching, and took this opportunity to write it out and discuss it with my colleagues.

Piaget, a famous psychologist, said: "Children's thinking begins with action. If the connection between action and thinking is cut off, thinking cannot develop. " In order to solve the contradiction between the abstraction of mathematics knowledge and the visualization of primary school students' thinking, teachers must organize students to do more hands-on operations, inspire students' thinking through "moving", let them produce more new problems and ideas, and enliven the classroom atmosphere. For example, in the teaching of "understanding objects", I first organize students to play with building blocks, so that students can understand the shapes and characteristics of squares, rectangles, columns and balls in the activities of playing with building blocks. Knowing objects is a very abstract concept for first-grade children, but learning in activities is different. Students will not feel bored when playing in middle schools and schools, but will also be interested. The thinking of primary school students is in the development stage of concrete images, and primary school students have the characteristics of playing and moving thinking. Creating reasonable and timely hands-on activities and providing students with opportunities for activities will make learning natural, relaxed and efficient. Hands-on operation can stimulate students' curiosity, change passive learning into active learning, and cultivate students' autonomous learning ability.

Psychological research shows that intuitive, vivid and novel things can attract students' attention more. Students' interest in learning is always directly related to the learning materials. Pupils are curious, studious and easily attracted by novelty. This requires teachers to reveal something new in front of students and arouse their curiosity. This freshness can capture students' hearts and force them to think and understand. Teachers use vivid language and appropriate and intuitive teaching methods, which are often very attractive to students and can stimulate their interest in learning and develop their interest at the same time.
