For me, I live a very healthy life, so in my summer vacation. During holidays, I always do sports, such as playing basketball, going skating and so on. Every day, I eat all kinds of fruits and fresh vegetables and drink milk three times a week. I say no to junk food, just eat it once a week. I seldom drink coffee, because it is harmful to normal sleep, so I sleep for nine hours every night. Sometimes I watch my favorite TV programs on Saturday and Sunday. So I will definitely prepare a strong body for the new semester.
