Japan's medical insurance card is a Japanese insurance certificate with two numbers on it:
One is the tag serial number, in which the tag is a company or group, and the serial numbers are arranged in order.
The other is the serial number of the insurer, which is divided into three situations.
1. It is controlled by a 4-digit government agency, with 2 prefectures +2 insurance companies.
For example: Osaka Electric Power Sichuan Social Insurance Office 4 12 1.
2. Six digits of universal medical insurance: two digits of prefectures+three digits of cities, towns and villages+inspection number 1 digit.
For example, 270024 27 is Osaka, 002 is Sakai, and 4 is the inspection number.
3. Other insurances are 8-digit insurance system, 2 digits in local cities, 3 digits in insurer's quota, 65438 and 0 digits in inspection number.
