Candidates' paper files must be sealed by each graduation school and stamped with the official seal of the graduation school for centralized management before July 8. After being admitted, the candidates will sign the paper files at the original graduation school with the admission ticket and the admission notice. The graduation school must go through the formalities of signing for the archives, and candidates are not allowed to unpack the archives without permission. Candidates bring their own paper files to the admission school, and the admission school must collect unopened paper files of freshmen and review the file information at the time of registration.
Junior high school students should establish personal files, including electronic files and paper files. The information of electronic files and paper files of candidates should be consistent. Electronic files are an important basis for candidates' admission and must be comprehensive, true and complete. Candidates' electronic files include candidates' basic information (including photos), volunteer information, achievement information, comprehensive quality evaluation grade, physical examination information, academic performance and so on. Each registration point should be equipped with sufficient manpower to complete the entry of students' comprehensive quality evaluation, physical examination information and assessment subjects' academic performance before May 30. Once the electronic file is confirmed, no one may change it without authorization.
