Hello everyone!
The topic of my speech today is "protecting the campus environment, starting from bit by bit".
The school is the cradle of educating people and the pure fertile soil. Campus civilization directly reflects the degree of social civilization. However, some bad phenomena often appear in our campus, which makes us rethink this question: after all, is our campus still a clean campus? Are our classmates excellent students? As a new generation of cross-century students in China, are we like this? This has to cause us to think.
Campus is an important place for us to study and work. The quality of campus environmental sanitation directly affects the work, study and life of teachers and students. At the same time, campus environmental sanitation is also an important symbol of a college's civilization, an intuitive influence factor on the school's external image, and a reflection of the comprehensive quality of school students.
However, there are still some untidy places on campus. For example, there are many stains on the ground of our campus and classroom, and waste paper and garbage can be seen everywhere. In the campus lawn, there are many unknown rubbish and some packaging bags, which either fall on the ground or stop on trees to hinder photosynthesis. ...
As a student, the first thing we should do is to keep the campus clean and don't throw peels and scraps of paper everywhere. Everyone should develop good hygiene habits, so that our campus will always be clean and tidy, and all teachers and students can have a good working and learning environment. We should take the initiative to "wipe stains when we see them, pick up scraps of paper when we find them, sweep them when we meet garbage, and throw them when we meet moving pipes", with beautiful words and behaviors, without damaging flowers, grass and trees, wasting a drop of water and electricity, tearing up, littering, spitting and doodling. Start from me, start from the small things around you, and be a contemporary civilized student.
Walking into our lovely school, each of us can feel her cleanliness and beauty. Green trees provide us with fresh air, and flowers decorate our campus. But recently our lawn is crying, flowers are crying, and the floor and walls are protesting! Because some students throw scraps of paper on the ground, some students pick flowers and shake trees, some students trample on the lawn, some students scribble on the walls, and some students spit chewing gum on the roads, floors and walls of the campus ... Everyone wants to study and live in a clean and comfortable environment and grow up healthily, but a beautiful environment needs our joint construction, and civilized habits should be cultivated bit by bit at ordinary times. Here, I would like to make the following suggestions to all the students:
First, eat less snacks. Eating snacks will have a bad effect on our health. For example, excess calories in snacks will make us obese, and pigments and preservatives in snacks will harm our health. Furthermore, students should pay attention to moderate consumption, do not spend pocket money indiscriminately, and form a good habit of thrift.
Second, no littering, no chewing gum and no spitting. Leave less footprints on the wall, spit less gum on the ground, throw less peels, have fewer sanitary corners, and have more clean paradise. Actively clean the dirt on the ground and walls.
Fourth, do not practice the lawn, do not pick flowers and shake trees. "Grass also has life and needs your care." "Let's enjoy the beautiful scenery together." .
Fifth, strengthen ideological and moral education. Take the initiative to pick up the rubbish thrown by others on the ground, form the good habit of "civilization and neatness" and jointly create a beautiful campus.
I believe that as long as we can pick up a piece of white, we can decorate an inch of green shade, and as long as we do our bit, we can create a cleaner campus.
Friend, when the green of life opens to you, will you stop and hesitate? When the light comes to you tomorrow, will you look back at the darkness? So, let's take action! Let's decorate a piece of green for the star of tomorrow and pave a bright future for the star of tomorrow!
